The GE PYE22PYNFS's design for the interior is good-looking, too. The LED lighting adds an appealing touch. The bins for storage inside include a third shelf that can be folded down to store tall items. The drawers come with temperature controls that let you set them to Meat, Beverage, or Deli settings. The drawers are simple to open and close however I found the textured plastic coatings a bit hard on my fingers. The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator comes with the complete set of features you'd expect from a refrigerator at this price that includes Wi-Fi as well as app support via GE's SmartHQ software. The app, available for iOS and Android devices allows you to control your fridge from anywhere in world, and offers many options for customizing. It will also send notifications when the door is unlocked and when the freezer or fridge requires defrosting, and when the filter needs to be changed. It would be nice if the GE PYE22PYNFS included Precise fill which is an option that is available in a few other GE fridges that allows you to set the number of cups of water you'd like to disperse at once. The fridge shows a countdown to display how much water remains however it's not as useful as Precise Fill. Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator The Bosch French-door Refrigerator is an impressive product. It's designed to appear like a seamless piece in your kitchen. french style fridge freezer uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also has a vegetable compartment which keeps vegetables and fruits fresher for longer periods, and dual compressors to preserve food. The ice maker we tested is one of the most efficient and makes the shape of a pyramid using only water. This refrigerator is a great option for a single family or kitchenettes who want an integrated look and top-of-the-line food preservation. The fridge was rated the best refrigerator in our Refrigerators Test for various reasons. The freezer temperatures remained steady at a level that was just above 0 degrees Fahrenheit and never moving more than a fraction of a degree—this is key to avoiding freezer burn. The fridge's fridge section also performed well, reaching the desired initial set temperature within a matter of hours and keeping the temperature constant over the course of our testing. Bosch is a household name known for its top-quality appliances. It's therefore no surprise that Bosch counter depth refrigerator is one of them. Bosch counter depth fridge can be connected to your home Wi Fi and Bosch's platform Home Connect. This app allows you to monitor and control the refrigerator remotely using your tablet or smartphone. The fridge is expensive however, it offers excellent features and capabilities at a reasonable cost. It's important to understand the limitations of your fridge. You may need to get creative with tall items because the fridge has a limited shelf space. Additionally, the shelves are not completely sprillproof, and can easily be stained or damaged by sharp objects. The trays can be easily removed from the fridge. However, they should be cleaned frequently to stop the growth of mold. LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator The LG LRFLC2706S counter-depth refrigerator is a great option for those who require plenty of space in an extremely compact frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. Inside, the fridge has a standard French-door layout with gallon-sized door bins at each door and two rows of shelves for spill-capture, and a set of sleeker drawers. The upper right shelf can be folded down to give taller items more room. There's also a full-width drawer for food items and an internal water dispenser. The refrigerator comes with an ice maker making it simple to transfer frozen ice as needed. The freezer features thoughtful design elements, as well, such as sliding drawers that can help you to organize the place of your items. It comes with a large bin to store frozen food items, and a separate one for ice. Smart InstaView panel is another cool feature of the refrigerator. You can control the temperature, lighting and more of your fridge from your smartphone. It's a simple method to monitor your refrigerator and manage it, particularly when you're away from home. It's also a bit cheaper than the top counter depth refrigerator that comes with an ice maker, which makes it an attractive option. Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator If you're looking for an French door refrigerator that won't cost a fortune, this Frigidaire is a good choice. It's a simple fridge that may not be as attractive as some of its competitors however, it does have enough features to make a good choice. Its most significant feature, the adjustable temperature drawer, helps to keep food items like vegetables and meat fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge water dispenser and a decent ice machine that works fast. The “Chill Drawer”, which sits over the two crisper bins, is another nice feature. This drawer lets you direct the majority of the fridge's cooling power to the area so that you can store foods that require extra attention. This feature can be adjusted using a slider on the outside of the drawer. You can also set the general cooling settings for the entire fridge. I have found that the general settings are more effective than the specific ones. In my tests, the temperatures of the refrigerator stayed fairly consistent across different areas of the fridge. Temperatures at the top and bottom of the fridge didn't vary much from 38 degrees, and even the middle of the fridge was within a degree of 36. That's a good performance however it doesn't make it into the top ten in our rankings. This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. This fridge can be paired with a smart thermostat to obtain more precise readings of the internal temperature of your fridge. The Frigidaire FGHB2866PF's exterior is made of stainless steel with a grey body with a “smudge-proof” finish.
